Yes — we require a brief initial consultation to assess your dog's health, gait, and suitability for hydrotherapy. This ensures every session is safe and appropriate for your dog's specific needs. For Flexi Option 1, the assessment and onboarding training are included in the $250 package.

Healthy Start gives you 4 treadmill sessions per month with 5% off consultations and standard booking access. Ultimate gives you unlimited sessions during clinic opening hours, 10% off consultations, a monthly personal training session, priority booking, and a free guest pass each month — plus a monthly Fit Report.

No lock-in contracts. Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 7 days' notice before your next billing date. Flexi packs are one-time purchases valid for 3 or 6 months — no recurring charge.

For membership plans, sessions are valid for the current billing cycle only and do not roll over. Flexi pack sessions (Options 2 and 3) are valid for 3 or 6 months from the date of your first session — much more flexibility if your schedule varies.

Our aquatic treadmill accommodates most breeds and sizes — from small dogs like Maltese and Shih Tzus to large breeds like German Shepherds and Labradors. We adjust water depth, belt speed, and session duration for each dog individually.
